Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain English, what information this website handles, why, and what your rights are. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us through the booking form, our website statistics are anonymous and cookie-free, and we never sell your data to anyone.
This website does not set cookies and does not store anything on your device. Our visitor statistics are completely anonymous, so there is nothing to ask your permission for, and no banner to click away.
Who we are
Mosa Driving School is a DVSA approved driving school based at 135 Harehills Road, Leeds LS8 5BW. For anything in this policy, you can contact us on 07584 207721, by WhatsApp, or by email at mosa.suleiman@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
Booking and enquiry details. When you fill in the booking form, call, or message us on WhatsApp, you choose to share details such as your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in your message. We use these for one purpose: to reply to you and arrange your lessons. Form submissions are delivered to our private records using Google's services.
Anonymous website statistics. To understand how the site is performing, we count things like which pages are visited, roughly how long they're read for, whether the visitor is on mobile or desktop, how people found us (for example Google, social media or direct), and taps on our call, WhatsApp and booking buttons. A random reference exists only in your browser's memory for the single page you're viewing and disappears when you leave. It is never saved to your device and cannot identify you. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not follow you across other websites.
Cookies and local storage
We don't use them. No cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
Our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR, we handle your enquiry details because you've asked us to take steps towards providing you with lessons (contract), and we process anonymous statistics under legitimate interests: running and improving a small business website in a way that doesn't intrude on your privacy.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to arrange and deliver your lessons, and afterwards only as long as normal business and legal record-keeping requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Who we share it with
Nobody, commercially. We never sell or rent your information. The only third party involved is Google, whose infrastructure delivers our form submissions and stores our records securely on our behalf. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no marketing lists.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how it's used, and to receive a copy of it. Just contact us using the details above and we'll respond promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website works (for example, adding new tools that collect data), we'll update this page and change the date at the top before anything takes effect.
